Ministry Partnership
We are always looking to partner with local churches and individuals who want to reach children with the Gospel in their neighborhoods and communities and to establish them in God’s word and a Bible-believing, Christ-proclaiming local church. Keep reading to learn more about how you can get involved with a CEF ministry program.
Go Clubs®
Go Clubs® is an exciting, fun-filled two hour club held each day for four consecutive days. This program is primarily designed to reach children who are “unchurched” and/or may not yet have heard the Gospel. Go Clubs include: dynamic Bible lessons, creative learning activities, meaningful songs, life-changing Scripture memorization. Go Clubs are taught by teens who have been trained at Go Training, our summer missionary training camp. There is also no cost to hosting a Go Club.
The 2025 Go Club ministry season will run for six weeks:
June 23 - August 7th
Hosting a Go Club is very simple:
Provide a club location: Go Clubs are ideally held in homes, backyards, local parks, and other locations. We also partner with local churches to lead or assist with existing evangelistic ministries, like a VBS.
Get the word out: You can promote your club in many different ways: word-of-mouth, phone calls, texts, email, pamphlets, door-to-door canvassing, social media, posters, and even newspaper and radio ads. You’re free to be creative in letting kids and parents know about your club, and we’re here to support you every step of the way. We're happy to provide ideas and materials to help you out, ensuring you feel confident and prepared for your role as a Go Club host.
Please prayerfully consider partnering with us next summer as a Go Club host. If you’re interested in hosting a Go Club or have further questions, don't hesitate to contact local director Marietjie van Straaten at 661-645-09593.
Go Training®
Go Training is a summer missions program developed by CEF®. Young people ages 13-20 who are growing in their relationship with Jesus are invited to apply to serve in our Go Training leadership program and learn how to be summer missionaries in our Go Clubs and beyond. Students attend local pre-training with other students from our area and then attend a week-long training camp with students across North Dakota. After camp, the students return to our chapter to do Go Clubs.
2025 Go Training Schedule:
Pre-Training - May 30, 2025
Training Camp - June 5-12, 2025
You can register here if you feel called to serve as a summer missionary for the summer of 2025.
Good News Clubs®
Good News Club® is a ministry to Children by trained teachers who meet with groups of children in schools, homes, community centers, and churches – just about anywhere the children can easily and safely meet with their parent’s permission.
This action-packed time includes songs, Scripture memory, and an interactive Bible story that encourages active participation. A mission’s story and review games or other activities focused on the lesson’s theme further engage the children in the learning process.
As with all CEF ministries, the purpose of Good News Club® is to evangelize boys and girls with the Gospel of the Lord Jesus Christ and establish (disciple) them in the Word of God and in a local church for Christian living.
